1. The Problem Statement :
Mr. Blake Thomas is the CEO of ChocoSwirl India Inc., the only Swiss in the Indian subsidiary of ChocoSwirl India Inc. identifies serious performance issues within the company. After performing a rigorous study in this area they came up with the conclusion that the following areas need improvement:

To achieve this and hence to improve the overall performance of the company, the task force strongly recommended moving to a new HR Management software with the following:
